Quality Control Department is the biggest management department in our factory. We have staffs of more than 150 which are divided into 7 separated departments: IQC, IPQC, OQC, Testing lab, ISO commissioner, QE engineer, and ROHS & Environment testing lab.
Mr. Zhao Yanwei, vice president of QC Department, has more than 10 years’ experience. Most of the staffs in the department have more than 5 years’ working experiences. For example, Mr. Fan Shugen, as the manager of QC Department, has been working with X.J. for 8 years; Mrs. Zhang Baoli, OQC Director, has been working with X.J. for 7 years; Mr.Yangzhong, IPQC Director, has been working with X.J. for 9 years.

Our quality control procedures are conducted through following steps:
1. IQC: All in-coming materials & components would be inspected by IQC. Only qualified materials & components would be delivered to production line. Sufficient facility and manpower plus strict guidelines guarantee the fulfillment of the IQC.
2. IPQC: All products on the assembly line or subsidiary lines would be inspected & tested for function, safety and life cycles. Only qualified goods would be released and transferred to other departments.
3. OQC: All out-going goods would be inspected by QC according to AQL level. Only qualified goods would be sealed and transferred to the logistic department.
4. Testing lab: We have established a professional testing lab, which is equipped with modern facilities and experienced people. Products of each order would be withdrawn for function, safety, life cycle and other abnormal tests in this lab. For life testing, we would test a product for 300~500 cycles to check the life performance.
5. ISO commissioners: All ISO management and supervision is in the charge of the ISO team.
6. QE engineer: QE team is in charge of the evaluation of ROHS supplier, production standards setting up, requirements testing and monitors of each processes for production.
7. ROHS testing lab: All materials & components suppliers to X.J. should have the latest ROHS certifications. What’s more, modern equipments are equipped in X.J. to scan & detect the forbidden substances of ROHS regulation. All the materials & components supplied for production are under strict supervision and control.
